I am using it on my oatmeal in the morning. It has an unusual, slightly sweet, cocoa like flavor. I am going to try using it in cooking/baking soon. As to its ability to stabilize blood sugar, I don't seem to get too jumpy after a few hours of just cereal for breakfast but it is too soon to tell.

Wonderfully flavorful mesquite powder. Haven't compared with others, but really like this.

It tastes good and I added it to some raw brownies I made. I am planning on using it more next time I get groceries :-)

Weird taste alone, but fine if you blend it with other sweeteners.

I only tried it once in our smoothie, but the kids didn't like it, so I have to use it differently.

This smells a lot like coconut flour but just like lucuma the smell differ from the actual taste. It tastes more like carob but a little milder and with a hint of something else I can't put my finger on... hm, jerusalem artichokes maybe... or yellow turnip.

I've heard a lot about mesquite flower and it seems to live up to its reputation. The product itself is great. I wish that iherb had not crammed all of them into one small box for shipping.
