Low calorie, but causes acne.

This tastes really good, and at only 20 calories per serving, and at 26 servings per tin, this is a guilt-free treat with an amazing price. However, as studies have shown, the lower the fat content in milk, the higher the amount of estrogen. As this uses skimmed milk solids, drinking it regularly causes me to get outbreaks. I realise that as I've been cutting back on my consumption of this, my breakouts have been reduced greatly. It's a shame though, as it tastes good. I suppose this will force me to eat all things in moderation.

Un peu décue

Un peu déçue de l'utilisation avec de l'eau. C'est nettement meilleur avec du lait, plus onctueux et plus goutu !!
