Low amount of cal-mag

Purchased at iHerb

Three capsules only provide 75mg of cal-mag, so you won't notice your muscles relaxing or anything.. It's an extremely low dose. Good if you want to just have a maintenance dose. If you're really low on cal-mag, then this probably won't do anything for you... I know I am low and this isn't helping.
