Rhodiola is wonderful for mood support, PMS, etc. This product helped but Rhodax is better. I then tried a GNC brand Rhodiola and that seems to work the best and I only need to take one pill verse 2 of this brand.

Although Rhodiola is supposed to be a great adaptogen, I cannot say I notice much from taking this formula. I began taking it after taking Supercritical Stress Advantage for a month. I love the stress formula and have not achieved any more results from adding the Rhodiola. I may try another stronger formula.

I thought that I would try Rhodiola based on the recommendation of my friends doctor. I tried it for 3 weeks without any signs of benefit to me.

I was delighted to learn the benefits of taking this product from a recent article in Prevention magazine. However, I tried the product for two days and it made me very nauseated and I discontinued taking Rhodiola. I wish I could've used the Rhodiola but its side effects were too uncomfortable for use.
