This product is wonderful! I recommend this product to increase your fiber intake. It is not a laxative. No side effects. Just smooth sailing. Recommended dosage are 3 vcaps. I take one and it does good.

Great Normalizing Formula

I really liked Smooth Food 2. It seemed very mellow and was easy on my stomach. Overall it improved my digestion, but it was not a laxative just like a previous reviewer said, it was just smooth sailing. Very easy to handle and I think a great supportive supplement if you are having any sort of digestive upset. Probably not a "cure" per se, but very soothing regardless.

This product is wonderful, not a laxative, just makes it softer and smoother. I have been using it 3-4 years. If I do miss, I notice a difference. I highly recommend it, especially to seniors.
