Have seen some pain relief from years of achilles tendonitis. Hopeful a little more time & turmeric will take care of it.

Is OK to take it as a supplement for the inmune system,that is why I heard.Since is a condiment use in East Indian cuisine it is not harmful and can be good for you.Not recomended for delicate stomach.!!
