Taking 2x/day for about 2 weeks now. No problems with stomach upset or fishy taste at all. Have noticed a subtle improvement in mood and softness of skin, taken along with BioSil. Seems to be better than the lower cost fish oil I was taking. I have ordered more already. Hope to see increased benfits over time. Will continue to take.

Although I have had a marked improvement in my overall sense of well-being lately, there's a lot of other stuff in my life that could be contributing to that so I can't really attribute anything specific to these...but as a side not, if I follow the instructions and take them right before a large meal, I never get fishy burps. If I don't eat right after, I usually do, though. So all in all, I can't say anything conclusive about the benefits of these, but I (my gut instinct) feels good about them.

I had been taking Nordic Naturals for almost a year and wanted to try something different. The New Chapter brand is incredibly reputable and the company makes excellent products. Within a week my nails started to grow really fast - that didn't happen with Nordic Naturals. I do get fishy burps when I don't take it with {enough} food.

Still waiting to see if this will help my dry eye but so far so good, no fishy burps...which I hate!
