I have always had back pain most likely because i have scoliosis. i started using this cuz the company is so trusted. well it worked on my back pain very well. i take it every day not just for pain but it may help with future problems ie; joints, circulation. it's not cheap but it's got 1st rate ingredients that i trust unlike some other 2nd rate brands.
