This does everything a good quality fish oil supplement is supposed to. Don't be tempted to substitute for a poorer quality, cheaper alternative. You definitely get what you pay for.

This is the best Omega product I have ever tried. There is absolutely no fishy taste/aftertaste ever. I have never been disappointed with any Nordic Natural product I have purchased. It is a superior company.
