some of the herbs we take are to large to swallow.these 1" caps when filled & compressed are 3/4" in length by 3/16" thick.

I honestly did not know until recently that you could buy empty capsules. I love being able to add my own ground spices and herbs to make my own personal supplement with no fillers, preservatives, etc. Great product, Now Foods! Very practical to fill up with the ultra bitter grapefruit seed extract, powdered collagen, powdered MSM, ground up herbs, and for all other powdered supplements. Filling up one by one, may give you carpel tunnel though...be creative and find a way to fill several at the time.
