As a regular user of this product, I wanted to understand the difference between '100% natural spirulina' and organic spirulina, so I contacted Now Foods. Here is their answer : "Both are natural but we simply label one with this word instead of Organic. Regular and Organic Spirulina are grown in India by Parry Nutraceuticals and currently are comparable material." A little research about Parry Neutraceuticals confirmed that they only produce certified organic products at the moment. So it seems that this product is organic! And, while the sanitary quality and safety of organic spirulina is still controversial (risk of higher bacterial levels among other issues...), Parry Neutraceuticals'spirulina was certified by the USP under US Pharmacopeia-Ingredient Verification Program, the USDA NOP standards, the Naturland standards (Germany), Ecocert-France, and meets Meets OCIA - USA organic standards for aquaculture.

for the year taking every day. Just do not 6 tablets, and only 3. I like it.

My practitioner recommended them for my muscles - i have been immobile for many years with CFS but now I am jogging/boxing etc and at 65 am taking these to support my muscles.
