I am using artichoke as part of a liver/gallbladder cleanse. It seems to work gently but effectively.

Luteolin for cancer

It's often difficult to know if a specific supplement is working, but I'm very happy with the price. I give it to my dog, because she has mast cell tumors, and apparently the luteolin in artichoke extract can be beneficial.
