Have not had moons on my nails for years and ridges in my nails that split the nail at the end. After 10 days, moons are coming back and after 3 weeks ridges are going as well. What a difference these capsules make.

B-12 is used in Cell Training with O2. It is very importan as respiratory enzime, and eliminate the cancer cell.

I was so tired and couldn't make myself to do anything. Tired and everything was aching. Within a week I had more energy. I didn't check my blood numbers yet, but I'm sure they are much better than last time when they were 195.
