I first started taking this vitamin a half hour before my workouts which gave me fantansic enengy and longer workouts but I felt I needed more in the mornings to get my day started. Either way the energy factor is diffently there.

Great vitamin! A couple of my co-workers ask for this vitamin when they have trouble focusing during important mandatory meetings.
