I use Now Foods Green Barley Grass to help control colisis flare ups. It does a great job at soothing my symptoms.

Got these as they are regarded as a 'superfood"...very happy with the energy and general feeling of well being, they add "polish" to my already positive, energetic and optimistic personality!!!
