Great, don't take too much though for it is not buffered

This is quite great stuff. Affordable, I can feel it works. Don't take too much though, for since it is very acidic, it needs minerals to neutralize. And it will rob them from your body. I take one each morning, works like a charm. Also helps (holiday) constipation.
