These tablets have been hard for me to digest. I get a stomach ache unless I take them on a full stomach.

I was gonna try taking these 2 at a time, twice daily. The first 2 days I only took them at night (2 of them) with my dinner. The next day I had gas really really bad. I have had to resort to taking 2 lactace tablets with them. I haven't gotten past taking them only once a day yet.
