The Site says Expire Date is Aug 2019，but one of bottles writes 2015 vaguely.
Doesn't seem to work for me

I took this 2 months to improve my parathyroid, together with a high dose vitamin D (cholecalciferol drops). The result was none (except for reaching the right amount of vitamin D in my bloodtest). I don't get why it doesn't work.. Citrate is a form of calcium we can well absorbe. Maybe I should try calcium malate.
Not a fan

These tablets have been hard for me to digest. I get a stomach ache unless I take them on a full stomach.

I was gonna try taking these 2 at a time, twice daily. The first 2 days I only took them at night (2 of them) with my dinner. The next day I had gas really really bad. I have had to resort to taking 2 lactace tablets with them. I haven't gotten past taking them only once a day yet.
Pills are too large

I have a normal size pharynx and esophagus, but I kept choking on these--even when I tried breaking them in half. Finally, I had to stop taking them because I so feared choking and passing out. The bottle is nearly full.
