Calcim absorpant but not enough ml in each.

I like the idea of a more absorpant Calcium. However, since the pills are only 150 ml each, it takes too many of them to equal the 1500ml a day I need to take.

Capsules are dusty

This is my first order of this product, and I am disappointed that the capsules are "dusty." I assume one or more capsules opened in shipment. Messy.

easy to digest

Large size capsule

It takes 4 of these to supply 1/2 amount of calcium, Vitamin D and Magnesium I need daily. I find it hard to swallow capsules and these are large. I have to open the capsules mix the contents with applesauce and the wash it down with a beverage. I'll stick to chewables in the future.
