I have been taking this particular brand of Cascara Sagrada for years with success and confidence. When I tried another brand, it didn't seem to have the same results.

I keep cascara on hand for when someone in my household needs a little internal cleansing. We take it only on an "as needed" basis to prevent dependency. It is a great internal cleanser. NOW brand herbs are my herb of choice because of their consistent quality and great price.
