All the benefits of great quality extra virgin olive oil, in a bottle that's easy to store in a cabinet or small space. Handy for taking out and using it on salads or as an ingredient in cooking.

i take two table spoonful a day and dip whole wheat bread and taste very good. however there are other great tasting extra virgin olive oil in super markets that taste great too; and you can buy them when they are on sale.
