It would be helpful if you displayed warnings on line of the content of your product. I am alergic to shellfish.

I did not realize that oil soluble vitamins sould not be taken within 4 hours before and after. This product may not be as helpful as I'd hoped. It seems helpful for occasional use when I eat something especially fatty but not a good idea for continual use.

4 hours b4 or after oil-based vits

I've not been taking these regularly and long enough, so can't say whether it works or not. But it's quite troublesome bearing in mind that I can only take these caps at least 4 hrs after oil-based vits. High carbo and oily meals hv 2b planned ahead.
