I bought this for my friend to help with her pcos. It says to improve hormone balance. I know the quality is great from NOW Foods. This supplement benefits general health. I hope she frequently takes this. The size is not big nor small. The packaging is what you normally see for a supplement.

Quality is always great from this brand. I like the fact that for the money you get a good size. Benefits, well… not sure honestly. I did my research before getting it but I don’t really know if it achieved anything. It’s because I take it with vit A and my mom takes it with other things for her bones and her muscles so all the effects are there but not sure from where.

I've been getting now's choline & inositol from iHerb for well over 10 years. Without it my quality of life would definitely suffer. I deal with anxiety and battle repetitive thoughts, often negative. Now's choline & inositol stops the cycle of repetitive thoughts for me. How can I be sure? Because every so often I'll miss one or two (I take 1 three times a day) and it isn't long before my brain starts repeating something I just read or heard, or I find myself imaging negative outcomes of planned activities.
