I am very happy with the product. D-Mannose has helped with my UTI problems, along with Cranberry supplement.The antibiotics don't seem to work anymore.

This product is heaven-sent. I have chronic bladder infections and since using D-Mannose I have not had to make frequent trips to the doctor. Thanks.

This was recommended by my doctor due to my multiple bladder infections. It appears to be be working for me as I have not had symptoms of infection since using this product.

I use this for my wife who has MS, to keep her from getting urinary track infections. It works great. Our Urologist even thinks this product is a good defense against such infections!!
