Great Way to add Soy to your diet

I put a 1/3 of a cup into a coffee grinder and turn it into a powder. Then I add it to oat meal or smoothies. Supplies 14 grams of protein and tastes great.

Another soy additive for my diet and I just love the fact that they are dry roasted, unsalted and taste GREAT!
