This herb is subtle -- an "adaptogen" that aids in overall health. It's not something you feel directly, yet with continued use it seems to help in recovery from injury or stress. It's probably best as part of a regime, rather than a stand-alone solution.

I've been taking Now Foods Eleuthero for four months now and love it. I'm not one for up and down moods and this product really does even out my moods and I just feel better both mentally and physically. I highly recommend this product. And, may I add, that Now Foods products are outstanding. I've been buying them for years and I have never been disappointed.
