Since it was highly touted as an anti-snoring product at our local fair, I have slept with an open bottle next to my bed for the last four years. While it may not have the results snoring-wise, it smells good and encourages deep breathing.

I often use essential oils in inhalations or massage for different health complaints. I've used this one for a recent cold along with some othe oils and it was nice and warming. The price is very good for this quantity.
