Taking 6 or 9 pills per day instead of 2 fish oil pills is getting annoying. Besides that the benefits/price are great

NOW food produces wonderful products. thats for sure. flax oil is one of them. 250caps for such a price is worth it. taking 3-4 times daily, it can still last me quite awhile.

I think you only need half the dose

I wish that Now foods made a chia seed oil supplement, but this will do for now. I think the recommended dosage is a bit excessive, so I only take half the dose.
