I was afraid the taste will be unnatural - but it's good lemon taste, i like it. Use it before snowboarding I see effect. 15 ml before and 15 ml during snowboarding (i take 30 ml bottle with me). It will be great to have individual packs of liquid carnitin to put in bag.
