I'm a female in my very early 30's and an inexplicable case of hair loss that no doctor or blood test seems to be able to detect 'medically'. Been taking this with grape juice and thiamine(B1) the nights I go drinking and the combo is working. Last time I drank over 10 servings(I drink this much maybe 5 times a year so I don't have real tolerance) combo and went straight back to school after 7 hours of sleep as usual. The capsule is about the size of largest soft gel -capsules I've seen.

I ordered this product because it was one of a few vitamins and supplements recommended by my dermatologist for healthier hair and nails, to be taken on a daily basis. I started to lose my hair very badly, nails became are very weak and brittle. Also I have problems with eyebrow (hair loose). L-Cysteine stabilizes protein structure and aids in the formation of collagen. So I take this with Super Collagen and Biotin . After 10 or 14 days of taking these, my nails became are very long and strong. Hair is growing, not falling. Today I noticed that my eyelashes became much longer:))) I never had long eyelashes:))) Magic. i can't feeling anything. and it's not that good my heart. it makes my heart rate raising.
