I use this when dieting as I find it the best product for reducing my calories as I don't feel the hunger and make a pig out of myself:) It is great for keeping sugar levels constant. Will keep it up

Taking for Crohn's management

Have been taking this with 75 mg 5-Loxin (once daily) for about nine months now. It seems to help manage my symptoms and maintain intestinal equilibrium. I take 3000 mg per day of the L-Glutamine. I do take other medications prescribed by my GI physician as well.
