I use this shakes, smoothies and even to make desserts -like sprinkling over melted dark chocolate. I intend to continue using. I can't tell if I'm any smarter. I confident about Now's quality.

I love to find the supplements I use in the form of a quality powder (or, in this case, granules). I can add them to my morning shake rather than having to take so many pills.

Great quality and price

Lecithin granules are a great way to get quality lecithin at the best price, and Now Foods through iHerb gives the best price I've found. This lecithin mixes very easily into shakes and has a mild and pleasant flavor. Food for thought- well, food for your brain, anyway!
