I've really enjoyed this stuff for just the added flavor alone to water. But the bottle is horrifically bad, I've bought several so far but this next one I will be transferring the contents into something that doesn't make a huge mess, maybe I'll just replace the top. 1 star off for this alone. Basically flipping the top tosses the green staining liquid everywhere, it leaks around the base of the flip. This flip is some kind of spout, not like your normal flip top, so obviously at the base of the spout when it opens the flow it's not very well secure so afterwards some gets out around the edges. I have to wash my hands after each use, and in the fridge I keep the bottle in a container so as to not get green rings where it sits.

I really can't say too much bad about it because I wasn't really consistent in taking it. But overall I could tell a difference in body odor the days I did take it.

This has a lovely mint taste, and it is supposed to be very soothing to your bowels. I cannot be sure what it is doing, but I've had it a few times and it feels good to me.
