My husband takes this for high blood pressure. It has had no side effects on him and iherb has the best price on it that I have found.

Been taking 2 capsules daily for a couple of weeks, and while everyone else in office contracted a flu and fell ill, I was spared. I take various other supplements, so I'm not sure how much Maitake helped, but research backs up its benefits, and I've always been under the impression that mushrooms can do no wrong for your health. Price is a little steep though. Will not repurchase if I can find a cheaper, effective alternative to this.
