I have had better luck using host defense mushrooms for the polysaccharides for my tendons. I notice a better effect on my tendons (not as much tendinitis and loose tendons w host defense.) I also use aloe for it as well but there might be more in maitake for people with fibroblast issues. Theoretical ideas of course but after two dislocated knees I will try anything
