If you take 4 softgels (nearly 1.4 grams of omega-3) a day, it will last 50 days. $8.99 for 50 days! A high-quality fish oil supplement boosts mood and brain function, prevents heart disease, improves skin health, and can even help lower high blood pressure by making your blood flow more easily. For omega-3s with a higher DHA/EPA ratio (3 to 1 is the ideal ratio), I strongly recommend calamari oil (Product: JRW-16018).

The best value for money. Effective wrinkle eliminator. A better alternative to fish oil is calamari oil (Product Number: JRW-16018), an eco-friendly and highly sustainable source of omega-3's, EPA and more importantly DHA.

For higher DHA/EPA ratio, I recommend Jarrow Formulas, Max DHA, Highly Concentrated Omega-3's, 180 Softgels (JRW-16018).
