Please click on my name if you are new to iHerb. For higher DHA, I recommend calamari oil (Product: JRW-16018 or CAR-01802)

Good value for money. If you take 4 softgels (nearly 1.4 grams of omega-3) a day, it will last 50 days. $8.99 for 50 days! A high-quality fish oil supplement boosts mood and brain function, prevents heart disease, improves skin health, and can even help lower high blood pressure by making your blood flow more easily. For omega-3s with a higher DHA/EPA ratio (3 to 1 is the ideal ratio), I strongly recommend calamari oil (Product: JRW-16018 or CAR-01802). Pick up a FREE SAMPLE at http://bit.ly/19NSH0i

Five ways fish oil protects your heart and body. My personal physician recommends RxOmega-3 Factors, but I like this!

My personal physician told me about high-quality fish oil is an important part of a healthy diet. Here are five specific ways that fish oil helps prevent disease and enhance lasting health and longevity: 1) Fish oil reduces disease-causing inflammation. 2) Fish oil protects against cancer. 3) Fish oil slows the aging process. 4) Fish oil lubricates joints and builds muscle. 5) Fish oil protects against heart attacks, enhances brain health. The Dr. also asked me to take with nattokinase bought at http://goo.gl/Yf5tY to protect my heart! My personal physician recommends RxOmega-3 Factors at http://goo.gl/nb6Mb , but I used the cheaper one and it really work well! The Now Foods price is great as well as the ingredients. I noticed a change in all 5 within a week of taking this supplement. And it has helped lower my cholesterol and my blood pressure. Some people say that it gives them fish burps, but I swear that it never gave me any burping or fish aftertaste. Don't miss visiting my iherb page at http://goo.gl/6cJcf to get special reduction and picking a free product at http://goo.gl/qHkLE before putting your order!
