I like the fact that this comes in a capsule and also doesn't give me nasty fluorescent yellow urine like some other prenatals. I think I have more energy on this.

I love this formulation and NOW is my go-to brand for supplements. Only thing i wish it had was magnesium citrate instead of Magnesium oxide, so i take that in a separate supplement.

this bottle was opened. It is the second bottle of vitamins I have gotten from ya'll. In my last order one of B complex were opened. I have been ordering from ya'll for awhile and I have never had anything like this to happen.
