I take these with Bet Sitosterol and DIM. I used to get up three or four times per night. Now it is not unusual for me to sleep right through, plus my psa reading has gone down from 6.8 to 4.8.

I ordered this product to try to help me sleep, due to my condition Interstitial Cystitis (IC). I was getting up 4-7 times a night. Since I ordered this product I've gotten up 1-2 times a night. It's a miracle, done some research how this works and still wondering what connects the two. I've been to specialist, hospitalized, and no answer. I will be placing an order soon. I've been taking Quercitin for many years for migraines that are caused from pollen. Has kept me free of migraines!
