Very good sunflower seeds! It's very good that they are raw. You get a lot and it does not cost that much. What's stupid about this product is that it should be in the refrigerator after it has been opened, I have no place in the refrigerator then it becomes a problem. It is probably fine even if you do not have room in the fridge and it must stand at room temperature. It is a good product!

Excellent product! Extremely healthy. Just what raw sunflower seeds should be! We put these on salads and also use them in our morning breakfast shake (and alternate days with pumpkin, sesame, flax, or chia seeds): In a quart mason jar, put 2 to 4 raw organic eggs, 1 scoop whey protein powder, 1/4 can coconut milk, 1 tsp. psyllium husks powder, and 1 Tbsp. of the above seeds, then fill in with some water and use the hand blender. DELICIOUS and filling!

I make my own "Bread Crumb" mix, thus avoiding most all of the unhealthy and artificial ingredients found in a ready-mix container. The Sunflower Seeds are a natural good tasting & healthy addition to my mix.
