This product did nothing for any food/carb cravings. It has a slight relaxation effect, but I got a headache if I took too many. I don't think I will buy this again.

A Bust

Did not do much for me. I hear it is a weight loss supplement. I got it for the stress benefits. It is suppose to balance cortisol. I get a little nervous about taking something that effects cortisol levels. Sometimes you can go the complete opposite with your levels and get yourself messed up. I would use carefully.

Some mental clarity

But it really didn't do much for me. I bought two bottles, so I really tried it. It did not help in weight loss and I eat healthy.
