High phytosterol content makes this a great oil for men. I take a spoonful every other day or so. I haven't tried cooking with it, but I am certain it would be great because the product tastes great on its on, heated under a stir-fry I can only imagine how wonderful it would be!

Nice light flavour. I'm not a good, knowledgeable or eager cook, but this is good. The cap needs strengthening though.
