Most other fish oil supplements are terribly weak and will not provide you with the daily recommended amounts of EPA and DHA. This product does the job with only two a day. The softgels are on the large side, but they're smooth and fairly easy to swallow. The only downside is fishy-smelling burps if you don't eat much around the time you take the softgels.
