I Ordered this product because I had been experiencing digestion problem. Food just lingering . I was medically ordered strict bed rest & began eating lots of easy foods (pre-processed). Since I was unable to prepare fresh meals for myself, I would take one of these with each meal. It works great, but I have since modified my diet a bit to include alot less animal products. Although Im still on bedrest & having a considerable amount of other processed. I switched to ph-Basics ( plant based & enteric coated). I still take these if Ive had a meal with any animal fat or protein. Mostly try my best to control what I eat now though.

This product has improved my digestion. Before she had suffered much from constipation, and with this product I corrected the problem greatly.

I have used several out there, but I like the NOW company and wanted to try to get more of my supplements from them if they were good enough. After a few weeks, I can say they seem to do the job and I like that they have the Oxbile in them so I no longer have to take that too as a separate pill at meal times. For those without a gall bladder you know what I mean :)- Good product, convenient, does the job, 4 stars because nothing stands out different as far as how I feel verses taking Digest Gold.
