Last year the doctor said I needed to get my cholesterol down, exercise more, and take a fish oil supplement for heart health. I started taking the Omega 3-6-9 to sort of cover everything. This year the doc gave me a clean bill of health. The nice thing about these is they don't have any kind of overpowering, fishy aftertaste or any other kind of taste for that matter. I've also noticed my hair and nails have grown much faster and look much healthier. Overall I'm pleased.

I've been taking Omega 3-6-9 for several years and I've never felt better. I have lots of energy and at the age of 58 my skin in flawless.

I bought this for me, but started giving it & vitamin C to the dogs (brothers). They have chronic ear yeast infections. One especially is very allergic, and slashes himself bloody. He also gets allergy shots & low dose cortisone. These both "seem" to have cut down on their ear problems & head shaking, and the one hasn't had to have extra cortisone pills or over-the-counter allergy pills. I hope this continues! I "think" I feel better too.

This is the third fish oil that I've taken and this is the one for me with No fishy burps comming back to haunt you. Very well pleased
