If you have trouble swallowing coconut oil from a spoon, this is an alternative. This would cost much more if you were trying the candida cleanse regimen of 1 to 3 Tablespoons oil per day. But I believe this is helping raise my metabolism if I take several in the morning. Iherb has the VERY best prices on everything.

An easy way to integrate good oil

I would have to say that this product is excellent for people who dislike the taste of virgin coconut oil. I myself don't mind it so much and prefer a spoonful of coconut oil vs 9 tablets to supplement my diet. From this product I have noticed my skin is becoming softer as well as my hair becoming more supple. A+

I had been taken Coconut Cream by the spoonful and got sick of it, so tried this. But I'm getting sick of taking 3 big pills a day, now! Other than than, this is a fine product, and I would recommend it to someone who doesn't like the taste of the coconut creams and oils...
