Mix a small amount of this vitamin c with water and apply to skin for boosting collagen synthesis, improving skin health & glow, increasing sun resistance, decreasing sunburn inflammation, exfoliate and assist with general skin repair.
Its cheap and highly effective, don't pay a motsa for fancy vitamin c serums, make it yourself with a stronger potency product.

Love it in smoothies and as added to my facial toner for extra cleansing and brightening.
Wow! Great value! Half the price of buying tablets.

Per gram of ascorbic acid (vit C) this works out to be half the price of even the cheapest chewable tablets.
I could no longer stand the taste of chewable tablets, the artificial sweeteners in them made me gag. The annoying thing was there did not seem to be any natural sugar chewable tablets on the market in Australia. So I thought I'd look for pure ascorbic acid.
This 'now foods' ascorbic acid is fantastic! I simple put a gram (1/2 a teaspoon) in some water and it makes the water into a DELICIOUS lemony flavoured drink. So refreshing in the morning.

I have already noticed a difference in the way I feel since using this product. I have more energy and get up easier in the morning. Must be the antioxidant effect of the Vit C. According to the late Linus Pauling, we need lots of vitamin C as measured in grams not just milligrams. It is easily absorbed and dosen't upset my stomach.
Great antioxidant / Cold beater
