This is a surprisingly good formulation for men. Some may find the 3-tablets-per-day prescription to be cumbersome, but I like it, since it is better for overall absorbtion. Also, if you're taking several supplements simultaneously, you might find that you are getting quite a lot of vitamins and minerals in other supplements taken on some days, so it's nice to be able to titrate the amount of the multi-vitamin that you take.

I brought it for my husband, and he likes it. He can't tell how good the multi-vitamin is, but he is definitely more active and feeling well. His complexion is more clear, I like the result anyway.

I got this because i work night shift and needed something to help with my energy levels it helps out more then any other multivitamin that i have tried i probably need to add more D to it
