After moving to South Korea, I started to gain a lot of weight, (*cough* 10 lbs) especially in my midsection. With summer coming up, I knew I had to do something, but exercising 40 mins a day just wasn't enough to counter my highcarb eating (just can't get away from rice here...bleh). So I ordered this and it's worked wonderfully. In just one month of taking Lipo 6 Black I've lost five lbs, my midsection is no longer protruding, and my coworkers have even noticed I'm losing weight. On a side note though, these pills make you a little tired. I believe there's an ingredient that helps the thyroid with fat digestion or something and this ingredient makes you sleepy. Unfortunately, the caffeine in the pill isn't enough to continuously counter the effects, so I take 6 pills throughout the day instead of 3 in the morning and 3 in the evening as recommended.

I am a woman and eventually I'll try LIPO 6 for women, but right now I've been using Lipo 6 black (for men I guess) and they work better than anything I've ever tried before. People may lose weight in different ways, and the most effective that I have found is if I start fasting on liquids like water, tea or vegetable broth for 5 - 10 days a month. When I eat food, I just don't lose as much weight, even if I regularly weight-lift or dance for 2 - 3 hours 7 days a week. At best exercise helps me to maintain the weight, provided I stay away from fatty foods and avoid carbohydrates. Lipo 6 amazingly suppresses the appetite and it makes fasting much easier. When I fast without taking any supplements for weight loss, it takes me about 5 days before I start to notice weight-loss. Taking Lipo 6, I've been shedding 2 pounds a day. Initially I think that I was shedding mainly the excess water rather than fat, but after 3 days of fasting I've dropped 6 lbs - from 131 lbs to 125 lbs. I am also taking the Ultimate Cleanse during fasting to help purge the body. My goal is to shed another 5 - 7 lbs - so just another 2 - 3 days of fasting will get me there. Then I'll continue with weight-lifting, dancing and eating more sensibly than I did during the winter. Over the past several months I ate too many carbohydrates and that doesn't work for my body type. As some other reviewer said - if you are eating fatty foods, sugar and carbohydrates while trying to shed extra weight - it's like throwing the money down the toilet. I should add that I experienced NO side effects from taking Lipo 6 and I'd take 2 capsules first thing in the morning, then another 2 3-4 hours later, and the last 2 3 - 4 hours later.

For those who are to lose some weight, but with quality, this is the best product I've used, I recommend to everyone.

If you want to burn your fat, that is the product you want. Extremely efficient. My friend lost 18kg in 2 months (with diet and exercise). I lost 7lbs without exercises and diets. EVEN WORK
