Very pleased with ingredients and absorption. Good value for the money. Tried another from a well known nutritional store and found they had soy added and some other things in proportions I didn't want. I won't make that mistake again.

It was so difficult to find a multi that was soy free and hypoallergenic. I'm surprised that more companies aren't aware that a lot of people have sensitivities and require hypoallergenic products. This seems to do the trick that other multi's do.
