Purchased at iHerb

Yes, liquid seems to absorb better than tablets. But this version of magnesium tasted horrible and also badly irritated my stomach. The Country Life cal/mag liquid works a lot better.

Did not make skin more moist. Stayed just as dry as ever. Perhaps it is to be used in combination with something else. But used alone, it did not improve skin quality.

Don't take chloride!

Bought this in a brain lapse - chloride is really not good to take at all, it's something you want to avoid, same as bromide etc, as they displace iodine in the body. And in any case, this really didn't agree with me. Try magnesium glycinate, citrate etc instead.
